Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time Vice President of Finance will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and partner financial management for JV and MSA operations, while collaborating closely with executive leadership and hospital partners in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Finance Managers to support JV and MSA operations
- Oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for all assigned partnerships
- Maintain strong relationships with hospital partner finance and operational leadership teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting required
- 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance teams
- Hospital/Health System finance experience required
- Experience supporting joint ventures or management services organizations preferred
