Vice President of Finance
Job Summary
To support the company's financial growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Finance will manage financial planning, performance management, and investor relations while developing strategic initiatives and ensuring financial discipline across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Establish clear reporting around financial performance and lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews
- Serve as a key partner to the CFO on investor relations and manage relationships with external financial partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance experience, including 5+ years of people leadership experience
- Demonstrated success leading finance within a high-growth technology or complex organization
- Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Strong judgment and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
