Job Summary
Leading financial strategy for a high-growth business, the full-time remote Vice President of Finance will own strategic financial planning, shape the company's financial narrative, and build trusted partnerships across teams to drive insights and decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Own strategic financial planning and identify drivers of growth, efficiency, and cash for executive recommendations
- Serve as a key voice to the Executive Team, shaping financial narratives and partnering closely with the CFO
- Build and scale the FP&A team and modernize forecasting and planning processes using AI
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive FP&A or Strategic Finance leadership experience in high-growth SaaS environments
- Proven ability to turn complex financial data into clear narratives for executives and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience in building and developing high-performing teams
- Strong command of enterprise planning systems and BI/visualization tools
- Sound judgment in fast-changing environments with a focus on continuous improvement
