Vice President of Finance
Job Summary
To support strategic financial initiatives, the remote Vice President of Finance will lead enterprise financial planning, forecasting, and performance management while providing insights and recommendations to senior executives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range planning processes to align financial plans with strategic priorities
- Serve as a strategic finance partner by delivering data-driven insights and decision support to senior executives and business leaders
- Oversee consolidated financial forecasting and performance reporting, including variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field; master's degree or MBA preferred
- Fifteen or more years of progressive finance experience, with significant leadership experience in financial planning and analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis
- Proven ability to partner with senior executives and translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations
- Experience leading FP&A teams and building scalable planning, reporting, and analytics processes
