Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Driving financial strategy and operations, the full-time remote Vice President of Finance will manage a high-performing finance team, oversee financial planning and modeling, and provide strategic counsel to the executive team and Board.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning process, including forecasting and budgeting, while managing the Corporate & Strategic Finance team
• Develop operating policies and improve financial understanding across the organization through analysis and partnership
• Advise senior management on financial implications of business activities and prepare key financial metrics for transparency

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting, with at least 5 years in a finance leadership role
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial modeling and corporate planning tools
• Experience in the SaaS marketplace industry and in high-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• Demonstrated ability to think holistically about business and use data to inform strategic initiatives
