Job Summary
Leading the Financial Crimes Independent Testing and Quality Assurance Program, the full-time Vice President of Financial Crimes Compliance will oversee strategic governance, execution, and continuous improvement of testing activities across BSA/AML, Sanctions, and Fraud in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead the enterprise Financial Crimes Independent Testing and Quality Assurance Program, establishing strategic vision and governance frameworks
- Oversee independent testing of key Financial Crimes processes and controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Develop executive-level reporting and insights on testing coverage, findings, and emerging risks to senior management and governance committees
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Compliance, Accounting, or a related field
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in Financial Crimes, BSA/AML, Sanctions, Fraud, Risk Management, or related functions
- Significant experience leading Financial Crimes QA, independent testing, or compliance testing programs
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal control frameworks related to Financial Crimes
- Experience managing complex testing or assurance programs and providing credible challenge to senior management
