Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time salaried Vice President of Financial Planning will manage financial integration and planning across multiple acquisitions, ensuring one cohesive financial model and metric definitions while collaborating closely with the CFO and various departments, with options for remote work on the US East Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Own the financial integration process, tracking synergies and ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders
• Consolidate planning models from legacy entities into a unified operating model with consistent metrics
• Build and maintain comprehensive financial models that support corporate development and integration efforts

Required qualifications

• 12+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, with 5+ years leading an FP&A function for a company with over $500M in revenue
• Experience managing FP&A through major M&A integrations, including synergy tracking reported to boards or sponsors
• Proven experience in carve-out and TSA-exit scenarios, including stranded-cost management
• Strong understanding of both recurring-revenue and services economics
• Ability to work with incomplete data and defend published financial numbers
