Vice President of FP&A

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and commercially minded Vice President of FP&A, this full-time remote position will manage enterprise planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support while partnering with leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts while building integrated financial models
• Partner with senior leaders to establish performance targets and actionable KPIs, delivering clear analyses of results and opportunities
• Support the CFO and CEO in board communications and investor reporting, tracking progress against the value-creation plan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Progressive finance experience with senior leader responsibility for enterprise FP&A in both B2B and B2C environments
• Experience within a private equity-owned or highly leveraged organization preferred
• Strong command of 3-statement modeling, cash flow, and liquidity analysis
• Background in modernizing planning platforms, BI tools, and financial-system transformation initiatives preferred
