Vice President of Global Planning
Job Summary
Leading the transformation of global planning, the full-time salaried Vice President of Global Planning Transformation, Analytics & Operations will modernize planning systems, enhance analytics capabilities, and drive operational excellence in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead MPIM transformation initiatives across AI, merchandising optimization, and supply chain capabilities
- Partner with IT to scale analytics models and own the planning systems roadmap for improved forecasting and visibility
- Drive data-based decision-making and establish KPIs to monitor performance and support cross-functional planning alignment
Required qualifications
- BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics, or a related field; MBA or advanced analytics credential preferred
- 15+ years of experience in merchandise, demand, and supply planning with a focus on transformation and analytics
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization with proven influence at the C-level
- Experience in modernizing planning systems and leading digital and AI-driven transformations
- Strong financial and operational acumen with a track record of evidence-based decision-making in fast-paced environments
