Vice President of HELOC Servicing
Job Summary
Providing strategic leadership for the HELOC servicing program, the full-time Vice President of HELOC Servicing will manage end-to-end operations, including loan boarding, customer support, and regulatory compliance, in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead governance and oversight for the HELOC servicing lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement servicing solutions, driving continuous improvement
- Establish performance expectations through SLAs and KPIs while monitoring program health and facilitating issue resolution
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of mortgage/consumer loan servicing experience, including 5 years in HELOC servicing leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge of HELOC products and the servicing lifecycle, including default management and liquidation
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving various business areas
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and risks in a complex operating environment
- Experience with servicing system implementations and supporting operational readiness and change management
