Job Summary

Managing product strategy and execution for identity capabilities in cloud environments, the full-time remote Vice President of Identity Solutions will oversee client interactions, revenue reporting, and operational processes while ensuring the delivery of scalable applications across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients and partners to troubleshoot discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue processing
• Analyze revenue usage pipeline performance to identify discrepancies, compliance risks, and optimization opportunities
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business inquiries into actionable solutions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of related experience in Accounting, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
• Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and applying strong data quality practices
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to clients and partners effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client/partner data and revenue structures
• Demonstrated ability to manage client/partner dependencies and timelines in a fast-paced environment
