Vice President of Innovation
Job Summary
Leading the development of a new enterprise capability, the full-time Vice President of Innovation will manage Kaufman Hall's Innovation & Growth portfolio, focusing on strategic portfolio management and evaluation of growth opportunities in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish governance, processes, and accountability mechanisms for evaluating and advancing strategic growth opportunities
- Manage the innovation portfolio lifecycle from idea generation to business case development and pilot execution
- Facilitate structured assessments of inorganic growth opportunities, including acquisitions and partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or portfolio management, preferably in healthcare
- Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization
- Experience in evaluating strategic investments and growth opportunities
- Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills to influence senior stakeholders
