Vice President of Investment Distribution
Job Summary
Leading the investment and wealth distribution strategy for the Retirement business, the full-time Vice President of Investment Distribution will drive adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration of various investment solutions while working remotely nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall distribution strategy for investment and wealth solutions across existing and prospective Retirement clients
- Design and lead a dedicated investment and wealth distribution capability, including sales enablement tools and engagement strategies
- Engage with advisors, consultants, and strategic clients to build demand and support the adoption of investment and wealth solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in defined contribution retirement, investment management, or related financial services fields
- 7+ years of experience in investment distribution or growth-oriented commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of creating measurable revenue growth and market adoption
- Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and influence multiple teams around shared growth priorities
