Vice President of IT

Job Summary

Leading the global technology organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of IT will be responsible for strategic direction, management, and performance across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT operations, ensuring a secure and scalable technology environment while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise IT strategy and operating model aligned with business objectives
• Provide leadership and oversight for all IT functions, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance
• Direct the enterprise cybersecurity program, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and managing information security risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive enterprise IT experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles at the Director level or above
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale Microsoft and Azure environments
• Proven success in developing and maintaining cybersecurity and risk management programs
• Experience supporting global business operations and familiarity with technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration
