Vice President of Managed Services

Job Summary

Leading the operational growth and performance of managed services, the full-time remote Vice President of Managed Services Organization (MSO) will oversee service delivery to internal and external clients, ensuring operational excellence and client satisfaction across healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and translate organizational strategy into scalable operational services
• Oversee the development and execution of operational strategy, including the growth of services for client organizations
• Manage operational performance, including productivity, cost management, and financial performance reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field (required)
• Master's degree in health administration, business administration, public health, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of ten years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-site or system-level operations in medical group practice management or health system shared services
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing complex budgets and operational performance
