Vice President of Network Development

Job Summary

Overseeing provider network and contracting activities, the full-time Vice President of Network Development will lead provider network strategy, manage contract negotiations, and support market expansion initiatives in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the coordination and negotiation for the contracting department, supporting contract negotiations with detailed analysis
• Evaluate provider network costs and growth opportunities, recommending expansion strategies as needed
• Establish and implement the department's strategic vision, objectives, and quality standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA or MHA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in network development and provider relations or contracting management within healthcare
• Previous management experience, including hiring, training, and performance management of staff
• Valid driver's license
