Job Summary
The full-time Vice President of Operational Excellence will lead enterprise transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence and strategic execution across a Medicare Advantage health plan, working remotely and collaborating with executive leadership to optimize business operations and improve member outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's enterprise transformation strategy aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead large-scale transformation programs to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational growth
- Oversee enterprise capital planning and investment governance processes, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, managed care, or related fields
- 5+ years of executive or senior leadership experience overseeing enterprise initiatives and large-scale business transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic planning, transformation, and process improvement programs
- Strong financial acumen, including business case development and capital planning
