Vice President of Operations
Job Summary
To drive operational excellence and sustainable growth, the full-time remote Vice President of Operations will manage the performance, scalability, and integrity of home medical equipment (HME) and durable medical equipment (DME) operations while leading teams to enhance patient and partner experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own execution across qualifications, resupply, fulfillment, and member transitions, ensuring daily throughput and productivity
- Establish accountability structures and performance management routines to champion continuous improvement and enhance patient satisfaction
- Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize workflows and simplify processes, reducing costs and improving operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in high-volume operations, preferably in healthcare or BPO/contact center environments
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing operational teams in rapidly scaling organizations
- Strong metrics orientation with experience using data to drive decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Demonstrated ability to map and simplify end-to-end workflows while partnering with Product and Technology
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus but not required
