Vice President of Operations
Job Summary
To lead and transform a multifunction healthcare cost-containment organization, the remote Vice President of Operations will oversee approximately 25 employees, manage complex claims and provider-facing operations, and establish rigorous management controls to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team negotiating NSA disputes before IDR, ensuring controlled deadlines and documentation
- Own end-to-end IDR operational performance, including case identification, filing, and client notifications
- Lead cross-functional redesign with IT, finance, and compliance, translating business requirements into technology roadmaps
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive healthcare operations experience with substantial senior leadership responsibility
- Hands-on expertise in the federal No Surprises Act and IDR processes
- Proven record of building KPI-driven management systems and redesigning workflows
- Strong quantitative and financial acumen, including workload forecasting and cost management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree desirable
