Vice President of Operations
Job Summary
Leading operational performance in a hybrid capacity, the full-time Vice President of Operations will oversee service delivery across Premier and Dispatch Services, Project Management, and Systems Engineering while managing functional leaders to ensure high-quality service and operational results.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for operational performance and service delivery quality across multiple teams
- Own scheduling, resource allocation, and workload balancing to meet client needs and business priorities
- Build trusted relationships with clients, addressing operational concerns and improving customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 8 - 10+ years of experience in technology operations or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Operations Management, or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of people management experience, including leading multiple teams
- Experience in dental technology or related systems strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing complex technical projects and service delivery operations
