Vice President of Operations

Job Summary

To build and run a next-generation AI-powered practice, the remote Vice President of Operations will manage the operational strategy and performance of Clover Care Services, overseeing member engagement, clinician experience, and care delivery while leveraging technology to enhance service quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operating strategy and performance across In-Home Care and Clover Care Visit programs, ensuring high-quality member and clinician experiences
• Design and implement the full member journey, setting high standards for communication, service, and technology integration
• Build AI into operational workflows for member engagement, scheduling, and follow-up, while simplifying clinician tasks to enhance care delivery

Required qualifications

• Experience in building and scaling complex, distributed operations that integrate technology with service delivery
• Proven track record of improving productivity and efficiency in a mobile or field-based workforce
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI and automation to enhance service quality and operational capabilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and improve demand, capacity, and service quality
• Effective leadership experience with a focus on developing teams and driving operational excellence
