Job Summary

Leading an integrated strategy for Patient Advocacy and Corporate Communications, the full-time Vice President of Patient Advocacy will develop relationships within the multiple sclerosis community, ensure patient perspectives shape company strategy, and provide strategic leadership in corporate communications, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the global patient advocacy strategy, focusing on building trusted relationships with patient organizations and caregivers
  • Provide strategic leadership over corporate communications, including media relations and executive communications
  • Build and lead a high-performing Patient Advocacy & Corporate Communications organization, managing talent, budgets, and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in communications, public affairs, business, healthcare, or life sciences preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, patient advocacy, or corporate communications
  • Deep expertise in both patient advocacy and corporate communications with the ability to lead integrated functions
  • Strong understanding of drug development, regulatory, and commercialization milestones
  • Experience in multiple sclerosis, neuroscience, immunology, or specialty therapeutics is strongly preferred
