Vice President of Payer Engagement

Job Summary

Leading post-contract payer partnerships, the full-time remote Vice President of Payer Engagement will manage executive health plan relationships, drive value-based care success, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and sustain relationships with health plan leaders to align on strategic goals and drive mutual success
• Lead partnership governance structures and execute on joint clinical, operational, and data-interoperability strategies
• Oversee and develop a high-performing team, translating strategic goals into actionable targets and managing performance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 15+ years of progressive healthcare experience, including senior leadership roles in healthcare strategy and business development
• 10+ years of experience within a health plan environment, with expertise in Medicare Advantage fundamentals
• Data-driven strategic thinker with a proven ability to create actionable operational plans from complex insights
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of collaborating with executive-level stakeholders
