Vice President of Payment Integrity
Job Summary
Leading payment integrity operations, the full-time remote Vice President of Payment Integrity will develop business strategies, oversee delivery operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage revenue and expense budget goals for payment integrity solutions
- Collaborate with technical development partners to align product portfolio with client needs and revenue forecasts
- Lead and motivate delivery teams, fostering employee engagement and talent management initiatives
Required qualifications
- At least fifteen years of product, finance, and/or operational leadership experience
- Minimum five years of leadership experience in payment integrity operations
- Experience within the payer side of the healthcare industry, with Medicaid experience preferred
- Familiarity with AI interventions for revenue acceleration and cost reduction strongly preferred
- Strong strategic management and operational skills in complex organizations
