Job Summary
Leading enterprise-wide payor strategy, the remote full-time Vice President of Payor Relations will manage contracting, relationship management, reimbursement optimization, and network growth for a national eating disorder treatment organization.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide payor and contracting strategy
- Lead negotiations and lifecycle management for commercial, government, and specialty payor contracts
- Analyze contract performance and reimbursement trends to maximize net revenue and reduce leakage
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive healthcare payor contracting/managed care experience
- 5+ years in senior leadership with responsibility for contracting and payor strategy
- Proven success negotiating national and regional payor agreements
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health reimbursement methodologies
- Experience managing complex, multi-site or multi-state healthcare organizations
