Vice President of People
Job Summary
Leading the global People Business Partner team, the full-time Vice President of People will establish strategic people partnership standards, drive organizational design, and enhance employee engagement while working closely with senior leaders in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the People Business Partner team to enhance their strategic advisory capabilities
- Build trusted relationships with executive leaders to align people priorities with business strategy
- Advise on organizational effectiveness and lead workforce planning and organizational design initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 15+ years of progressive People experience, including strategic People Business Partner roles
- 10+ years of senior or executive leadership experience with high-performing teams
- Deep organizational development experience from People Business Partner roles or centers of excellence
- Proven success in designing and leading enterprise change initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
