Vice President of People Strategy
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time remote Vice President of People Strategy will develop and execute an enterprise-wide talent strategy, oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning, and foster a high-performing organizational culture aligned with the company's mission and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead an integrated talent strategy that aligns with organizational priorities and future needs
- Partner with senior leaders to assess talent requirements and establish workforce plans and measurable goals
- Provide strategic oversight of talent acquisition and employee development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of progressive HR/People experience, with 10 years in leadership roles
- Expertise in talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Experience advising executive leaders on people and culture matters
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, including the ability to use workforce data effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and psychologically safe workplaces
