Vice President of Product

Job Summary

To support a growing autonomous commerce platform, the full-time remote Vice President of Product will manage the product roadmap, lead a team of product managers, and ensure the successful adoption of features that drive measurable business outcomes for merchants.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the product lifecycle, including storefronts, checkout, payments, and the AI agent, ensuring high-quality execution and merchant adoption
• Maintain direct relationships with top merchants to gather insights and feedback, translating their needs into actionable product improvements
• Lead and develop a team of principal-level product managers, setting high standards for product specifications, testing, and launches

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience as a product leader in a growth-stage company, with a focus on conversion, latency, and reliability
• Hands-on experience in ecommerce, direct response, or high-risk payments, with a deep understanding of merchant operations
• Technical proficiency to engage in product development discussions and troubleshoot issues effectively
• Strong track record of driving measurable improvements in product performance and customer satisfaction
• Experience in leading and mentoring product teams, with a focus on accountability and high standards
