Vice President of Product

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote Vice President of Product will oversee product teams to drive strategic direction, manage a complex product portfolio, and launch new business initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance developer experiences and pioneer AI-powered location features.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company goals, operating in "founder mode" to build and scale the business
• Engage with customers and industry leaders to gather feedback and evangelize the product, focusing on onboarding merchants and businesses
• Partner with engineering and marketing teams to optimize product development, go-to-market strategies, and client support

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in product management with a proven track record in building and scaling strategic initiatives
• Strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence, including experience with AI-powered features and models
• Expertise in B2B2C ecosystems, with a history of successfully onboarding merchants onto platforms
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies across product, marketing, and sales
• Prior experience in developer-focused products, including APIs, SDKs, and AI integrations
