Vice President of Product

Job Summary

Leading the strategic direction of product development, the full-time Vice President of Product will define and manage the product vision and roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, balancing customer needs and business opportunities
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful products
• Measure product performance through KPIs and customer insights, optimizing the customer experience and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership experience in consumer technology, marketplaces, e-commerce, or related fields
• Proven ability to translate customer insights into successful products that drive engagement and growth
• Demonstrated success in bringing customer-facing products to market with measurable business impact
• Strong understanding of software development practices and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Exceptional communication skills with a passion for mentoring and leading product teams
