Vice President of Product
Job Summary
Leading a dedicated product management team, the fully remote Vice President of Product will own the product portfolio, drive execution on a unified roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes in senior living through innovative technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own SafelyYou's impact on operator NOI per resident and drive the development of Wellness AI and staffing intelligence
- Manage a single customer-facing roadmap aligned with company objectives and allocate investments across product areas
- Coach and develop product managers while building a strong operational model in collaboration with the VP of Engineering
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading product managers across multiple areas
- Proven experience in leading product managers through operational model changes involving hardware, AI/ML, and cloud software
- Demonstrated success in launching enterprise B2B products with a focus on stage-gated development and field reliability
- Strong writing skills and the ability to earn respect from engineering teams
- Preferred experience in healthcare or senior living, including knowledge of regulated products (HIPAA, life-safety)
