Vice President of Product
Job Summary
To enhance product development quality and strategy across the portfolio, the full-time remote Vice President of Product will partner with business unit leaders and engineering teams, improve product decision-making processes, and leverage AI to optimize product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with BU Presidents and Product Leaders to develop clear product strategies and roadmaps based on customer needs and market opportunities
- Assess major product bets for customer value and business impact, ensuring rigorous early validation before significant resource commitment
- Coach senior Product leaders to enhance their capabilities in product management and business strategy execution
Required Qualifications
- Significant B2B SaaS product leadership experience, including product development from concept to scale
- Demonstrated success in creating and improving products rather than merely managing roadmaps
- Hands-on experience with AI in product development and customer-facing applications
- Strong understanding of SaaS economics, including metrics related to adoption and growth
- Experience working directly with senior business leaders, including CEOs and Presidents
