Vice President of Product Engineering

Job Summary

Owning the strategy for a defined portfolio of solutions, the full-time remote Vice President of Product Engineering will manage product strategy, design solutions for financial institutions, and oversee technical discovery and architecture while mentoring engineering and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and design solutions for financial institutions, including compliance and operating models
• Conduct technical discovery and produce target architecture for integration with existing systems
• Build and maintain demo environments and run proofs of concept to demonstrate capabilities to clients

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology and commercial roles within banking or fintech
• Proven track record of owning a product or solution line from strategy to launch
• Experience defining or launching financial products with banks or fintechs
• Hands-on experience with card issuing and processing, particularly in credit
• Preferred experience running a product or solutions function at a sponsor bank or payments company
