Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

To define and execute the product strategy for a large, multi-product portfolio, the full-time salaried Vice President of Product Management will manage product vision, drive AI-enabled innovation, and ensure responsible AI governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and market differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company objectives and market dynamics
• Identify and deliver opportunities to integrate AI, machine learning, and automation into products, ensuring they address meaningful customer needs
• Establish a consistent approach to customer discovery and market analysis to inform differentiated product strategies and investment priorities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a related discipline; MBA preferred
• 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience in a complex B2B SaaS or technology portfolio
• Proven track record in defining and executing product strategy across a multi-product portfolio with significant revenue impact
• Experience incorporating AI and advanced analytics into commercial products or platforms
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with business cases and product economics
