Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading a team of Product Managers, the full-time Vice President of Product Management will own the product roadmap and execution for Stellar's product squads, focusing on areas such as Total Cost of Care and EHR integrations, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery for four independently run product squads and serve as the primary escalation point for Product Managers
• Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers, overseeing performance reviews and career development
• Establish and improve team processes, including roadmapping and capacity tracking, to ensure consistent and high-quality product delivery

Required qualifications

• At least 12 years of relevant experience in product management, technology, or healthcare, with a minimum of 6 years in product management roles
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management, specifically managing a multi-person Product Management team
• Proven experience in running a roadmap or capacity governance process across multiple teams
• Ability to hold Product Managers accountable without needing deep domain expertise in every squad
• Experience in healthcare or health-tech, particularly in value-based care, is preferred
