Vice President of Product Management

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of the Managed Detection & Response (MDR) product portfolio, the full-time Vice President of Product Management will define product direction, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop a high-performing team while focusing on enhancing the service experience in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the MDR product strategy and roadmap in alignment with the overall detection and response vision
• Lead a team of product managers, ensuring accountability and fostering continuous learning
• Collaborate with engineering and other departments to deliver a platform roadmap that enhances analyst efficiency and service delivery

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience, particularly in managed services, SaaS platforms, or security products
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, especially in detection and response and SOC operations
• Proven track record of leading and scaling product teams in a customer-centric environment
• Experience in driving multi-year product vision while managing near-term execution
• Strong ability to communicate complex product strategies to executive and customer audiences
