Job Summary
The full-time remote Vice President of Product Management will lead the product management organization, overseeing product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and execution to drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional product leadership, ensuring a coherent product strategy across teams
- Build and manage the product management organization, maintaining high talent standards and clear ownership
- Own the product operating system, establishing predictable execution processes for product delivery
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Product Management, with 7+ years in leadership roles across a multi-product B2B platform
- Experience managing a product organization of 20 or more product managers in a company with $100M to $500M in revenue
- Proven track record of building and developing product organizations from the ground up
- Strong commercial fluency, including experience with pricing and go-to-market strategies
- Practical experience using AI in product management or software development
