Job Summary

Leading the product management function for a major business line, the full-time Vice President of Product Management will set a 3-5 year strategy, drive growth through a unified AI-enabled platform, and develop future product leaders while advising the C-suite on strategic opportunities and risks.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute a 3-5 year product strategy, translating product strengths into a market-winning vision
• Own product budgets and performance metrics, ensuring accountability for results and making investment trade-offs
• Develop and mentor the next generation of product leaders while making bold organizational design decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a growing software or SaaS business
• Proven success in leading a product function at scale and developing future leaders
• Deep expertise in government technology and market dynamics
• Experience managing budgets and financial performance during periods of rapid growth or integration
