Vice President of Professional Services
Job Summary
To unify delivery operations within the Professional Services team, the full-time remote Vice President of Professional Services will manage the end-to-end delivery model, oversee customer escalations, and enhance engagement management excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Build a unified delivery model that integrates operations across regions while maintaining accountability
- Own escalations and ensure commercial discipline by managing change requests and maintaining relationships
- Develop engagement management standards and provide coaching to enhance team performance
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery leader in complex enterprise B2B SaaS, particularly in risk or compliance sectors
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with expertise in methodology, resourcing, and margin management
- Strong presence in escalation scenarios, capable of maintaining composure under pressure
- Experience with partner engagements, including SOWs and change orders
- Ability to integrate AI solutions into delivery processes and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
