Vice President of Professional Services

Job Summary

Leading a diverse and high-performing team, the fully remote Vice President of Professional Services will set the vision and operational strategy for the Professional Services department, ensuring seamless implementations and exceptional customer service while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage team managers and leads, fostering leadership growth and alignment to strategic goals
• Own the delivery strategy to ensure consistency, scalability, and high-quality customer experiences across all regions
• Utilize data-driven insights to manage budgets, meet margin expectations, and assess team capacity for informed decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• 7+ years of leadership experience in professional services or SaaS implementation, including 3+ years leading people managers
• Proven global experience managing large-scale enterprise software projects and cross-functional delivery teams
• Strong business acumen with experience owning a profitable P&L and delivering margins of at least 30%
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet team and customer needs
