Vice President of Provider Solutions

Job Summary

To drive Provider transformation and enhance delivery across Provider DDIs, the full-time remote Vice President of Provider Solutions will own business architecture, establish standards, and lead a team of over 50 professionals while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end baseline Provider business architecture and establish reusable process models and standards
• Lead application design and configuration standards, ensuring traceability and execution of requirements
• Govern design decisions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex client solution challenges

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Fifteen or more years of experience in business architecture and application design, including leadership roles
• Ten or more years supporting Medicaid or public-sector healthcare programs, with experience in Provider solutions
• Proven ability to lead large-scale teams and manage complex solutioning challenges
• Demonstrated ownership of business-process architecture and application design across multiple implementations
