Vice President of Provider Solutions

Job Summary

To drive successful Medicaid Provider system implementations, the remote Vice President of Provider Solutions will manage delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring quality and predictability while maintaining high-level client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Own and oversee scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual commitments for assigned Provider DDIs
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view of project milestones, risks, and financial performance to support executive decision-making
• Lead governance efforts across Provider DDIs, ensuring clear decision rights and effective management of client relationships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Fifteen or more years of experience in technology delivery and implementation, with at least ten years in leadership roles
• Experience delivering Medicaid or public-sector healthcare programs, including leading large-scale implementations
• Proven ability to manage delivery budgets and forecasts, with demonstrated accountability for financial commitments
• Successful track record in managing high-stakes client relationships and achieving measurable delivery outcomes
