Vice President of Quality

Job Summary

Leading the quality function across a complex fulfillment network, the full-time Vice President of Quality will manage inventory health and accuracy, ensure adherence to fulfillment processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while operating remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory health and accuracy across the fulfillment network, establishing standards and controls to maintain inventory integrity
• Define quality controls for fulfillment processes and build audit mechanisms to identify and address process drift
• Build and lead the Quality and Inventory Control organization, developing site and regional quality leaders for independent operational audits

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in fulfillment quality, inventory control, or supply chain operations with significant leadership experience
• Experience leading quality or inventory control across a multi-site fulfillment or distribution network
• Deep understanding of inventory control, WMS-driven processes, and regulatory compliance in complex operations
• Proven ability to implement data-driven quality systems and corrective actions to reduce defects
• Familiarity with environments requiring rigorous lot control and traceability, such as food, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors
