Job Summary
Leading the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Quality practice, the full-time remote Vice President of Quality will manage the practice's P&L, develop service offerings, and ensure high-quality client solutions across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Quality practice P&L, including revenue management and strategic growth objectives
- Develop and execute long-term growth strategies and differentiated service offerings for the Quality practice
- Provide strategic leadership across GxP quality standards and oversee client engagement for delivery excellence
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, life sciences, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences Quality organizations
- Significant leadership experience in managing GxP Quality functions
- Proven track record in building and scaling Quality organizations and Quality Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and global GxP regulations and industry expectations
