Vice President of Quality Accreditation

Job Summary

To lead clinical quality performance across all lines of business, the full-time remote Vice President of Quality Accreditation will manage HEDIS strategy and operations, oversee accreditation processes, and unify quality functions into a cohesive operating model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a unified quality operating model for Medicare and Commercial lines of business
• Lead enterprise clinical quality programs and ensure alignment with care management and population health functions
• Own the accreditation strategy and execution, maintaining readiness for NCQA, URAC, and state and federal requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in health plan Quality, HEDIS, and Accreditation
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or a related field preferred
• Proven track record of improving HEDIS rates and achieving strong accreditation outcomes
• Deep knowledge of HEDIS technical specifications and clinical quality improvement methodology
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex vendor ecosystems
