Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management
Job Summary
Overseeing the accounts receivable team, the remote Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management will manage client relationships, resolve outstanding insurance balances, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while providing operational expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Provide assistance and resolution to client inquiries and prepare necessary reports
- Act as a technical expert on financial class responsibilities and analyze payment trends
- Support the Business Development team during the sales process and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards
Required qualifications
- BS in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA highly desirable
- 10+ years of financial leadership experience, preferably in an acute care setting or Revenue Cycle company
- Strong knowledge of governmental and regulatory provisions related to collection activity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
