Vice President of Security

Job Summary

To lead security initiatives in an AI-native environment, the full-time salaried Vice President of Security will manage AI security functions, oversee security engineering and operations, and ensure enterprise trust readiness while collaborating closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the AI security function, including internal gateways and identity management for agents
• Direct security engineering efforts, focusing on application security, security architecture, and operational security
• Oversee corporate IT security, managing identity platforms and SaaS governance to align with security objectives

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in security, with at least 5 years in leadership roles during periods of hypergrowth
• Strong technical expertise in AI security, cloud-native security, and modern application security tools
• Proven experience in building new security functions from the ground up
• Executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with boards and enterprise customers
• Comfortable managing corporate IT as part of the security mission
