Job Summary
Driving enterprise-level revenue cycle performance, the full-time remote Vice President of Self-Pay Strategy will provide strategic leadership across Self-Pay operations, serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, and lead initiatives focused on financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Own the analytical assessment of financial, operational, and client performance across a large-scale Self-Pay portfolio
- Serve as a strategic advisor and performance partner to operational leaders and client stakeholders
- Lead revenue cycle transformation initiatives aimed at patient cash acceleration and bad debt reduction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of progressive Revenue Cycle leadership experience
- Deep working knowledge of self-pay accounts receivable in hospital and physician practice environments
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Snowflake
- Proven ability to lead transformation and process improvement initiatives
