Vice President of Software Engineering
Job Summary
To provide technical and organizational leadership across regulated software platforms, the full-time remote Vice President of Software Engineering will manage end-to-end software engineering execution, establish governance frameworks, and lead a high-performing engineering organization focused on enhancing patient experiences and clinician workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software engineering execution across clinical and patient-facing software systems within a regulated environment
- Establish and evolve engineering operating systems and governance frameworks for effective planning and execution

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering leadership experience, particularly in regulated medical device environments
- Demonstrated success in delivering Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) solutions from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in FDA software regulations and medical device quality systems
- Experience leading complex software engineering organizations through growth and transformation
