Vice President of Solutions Delivery
Job Summary
Leading the development and delivery of complex power solutions, the full-time remote Vice President of Solutions Delivery will translate customer opportunities into executable solutions, manage project delivery from contract award through execution, and establish supplier relationships while ensuring projects meet budget and schedule commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership to evaluate and develop customer-specific technical and commercial solutions
- Assume overall responsibility for project delivery, ensuring execution aligns with customer commitments
- Own and develop the supply-chain strategy, managing supplier relationships and procurement activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or related technical field; MBA a plus
- 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, project delivery, or program management for complex projects
- Demonstrated project leadership across engineering, procurement, and commissioning
- Strong understanding of project costing, estimating, and commercial risk
- Experience working with EPCs, utilities, and industrial customers
